The LANYU LYD500W-T Touch Homogenizer (110V) is a device for laboratory Sample Handling. It realizes mixing, uniform dispersion, emulsification and pulverization of samples through high-speed motion, and is suitable for a variety of application scenarios from cell crushing to food preparation.
Features

Principle
The Homogenizer uses a motor to drive the working head to swirl/spin at high speed, generating strong shearing, Impact and cavitation, so that the particles or droplets in the sample are crushed, dispersed and uniformly mixed, thereby achieving emulsification, homogenization or cell crushing and other effects.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion emulsification head according to the sample volume and viscosity and install it.
2. Ensure that the liquid height in the sample container is between the minimum and maximum immersion heights specified by the working head.
3. Connect the AC110V power supply.
4. Set the required speed (1000~ 28000rpm) and timing time (1~ 1000min) through the touch knob.
5. Start the device and monitor the operating parameters through the TFT-LCD display.
6. After running, turn off the power supply, remove and clean the working head.
Notice
* Please select the working head of the corresponding specification according to the sample characteristics (volume, viscosity).
When operating, be sure to ensure that the liquid immersion height is within the specified range (e.g. 35mm~ 150mm for 12G) to avoid idling or excessive immersion.
* Ambient Temperature should be ≤ 40 ℃, relative humidity should be ≤ 80% RH.
Equipment is protected against overload, but do not overload for long periods of time.
When cleaning and maintaining, make sure the equipment is powered off.
The working head and the parts in contact with the sample are made of stainless steel. Please use the appropriate cleaning method.
