LANYU LYD500W-T Touch Homogenizer (220V) is a device for laboratory Sample Handling. It realizes mixing, uniform dispersion, emulsification and pulverization of samples through high-speed motion, and is suitable for various application scenarios such as cell crushing and Food processing.
Features

Principle
The Homogenizer generates strong shear force, Impact force and cavitation effect by driving the working head at high speed through the motor. These forces are used for the sample to achieve the crushing of particles, the refinement of droplets, and the uniform mixing and dispersion of different components, so as to achieve the purpose of homogenization, emulsification or crushing.

Steps
1. According to the sample volume and viscosity, select the appropriate dispersion emulsification head specifications (such as 12G, 18G, etc.) and install.
2. Make sure that the height of the working head immersed in the sample liquid is between the minimum immersion height (e.g. 35mm) and the maximum immersion height (e.g. 175mm).
3. Connect the AC220V power supply.
4. Set the required speed (1000~ 28000rpm) and timing time (1~ 1000min) through the touch knob.
5. Start the device and monitor the operating parameters and torque Linear dispersion through the TFT-LCD display.
6. After running, turn off the equipment, remove the working head, and clean it.
Notice
• When selecting the working head, it is necessary to match the Sample Handling amount and viscosity (such as 1000mPa.s to 7000mPa.s), and must not exceed its suitable maximum viscosity.
• The depth of the working head immersion in the liquid should be between its specified minimum and maximum immersion heights to avoid idling or excessive insertion.
• Ambient Temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C and relative humidity shall not exceed 80% RH.
Equipment has an overload protection function, but it is still necessary to avoid long-term overload operation.
• The working head should be cleaned in time after use. The bearing material of the working head of different specifications is PTFE, and maintenance should be paid attention to.
The maximum allowable operating temperature of the working head is 120 ° C, and the temperature limit should be paid attention to when handling the sample.
