Overview
The LANYU LYE500W-T (90G) Touch Homogenizer is a high-performance laboratory device designed with AC110V voltage, equipped with touch knob operation and TFT-LCD display, supports stepless speed regulation from 1000 to 14000rpm and 1 to 1000 minutes timing function, suitable for homogenizing various liquid samples.
Features
1. Touch knob operation and TFT-LCD Rotation speed display
2.1000~ 14000rpm stepless speed range
3.1~ 1000 minutes adjustable timing function
4. Real-time torque Linear dispersion, Current and Power display
5. Real-time overload protection mechanism
6. SS304 stainless steel working head, diameter 90mm
7. Processing capacity 800~ 60000ml, maximum processing viscosity 8000mPa.s
Principle
The Homogenizer uses a motor to drive the stainless steel head to swirl/spin at high speed, generating a strong shear force, which allows the sample to undergo high-frequency shearing, impact and turbulence between the stator and rotor to achieve uniform dispersion, emulsification or pulverization of the sample. The stepless speed control system can precisely control the Rotation speed to adapt to different sample characteristics.
Applications
Laboratory sample prepative, Biomedical, Food processing, Chemical materials, Cosmetics R & D
Steps
Connect the AC 110V power supply and ensure that the environment meets the requirements
2. Immerse the working head in the sample liquid to a suitable height (50~ 236mm).
3. Rotation speed and timing time set by touch knob
4. Start the device and observe the operating parameters displayed by the TFT-LCD
5. Automatically stop after the operation is completed, take out the working head and clean it
Notice
• The height of the working head immersed in the liquid should be kept within the range of 50~ 236mm
• Ambient Temperature shall not exceed 40 ° C, relative humidity shall not exceed 80%
• Pay attention to observe the real-time overload protection status during operation
• Clean the stainless steel working head in time after use
• Ensure that the sample viscosity does not exceed the limit of 8000mPa.s
