Principle
The laboratory Mulser uses a high-speed swirl/spin or high-frequency oscillating emulsification head to fully mix incompatible liquids to form fine emulsion droplets, thereby improving the emulsification effect. The device performs stepless speed regulation through the touch knob, and controls the Rotation speed in the range of 1000~ 13000rpm to ensure that the mixture remains uniform and stable for a long time.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate capacity according to the volume of the experimental sample to ensure that the minimum immersion liquid height is 50mm and the maximum is 236mm.
2. Use the touch knob to set the Rotation speed in the range of 1000~ 13000rpm for stepless speed regulation.
3. Monitor real-time parameters such as speed, time, torque Linear dispersion, current and Power through the TFT-LCD display.
4. Set the Timer Range 1~ 1000min and start the device for emulsification.
5. After processing is completed, shut down the equipment and perform cleaning and maintenance.

- Select the appropriate capacity according to the volume of the experimental sample to avoid exceeding the standard Processing capacity range of 800~ 60000ml.
When selecting the degree and speed of emulsification, consider the experimental requirements to ensure that different conditions are met.
- The speed range of the equipment needs to adapt to the needs of sample emulsification to avoid overload.
Make sure that the working head is immersed in a liquid height between 50mm and 236mm to prevent damage to the equipment.
