Overview
The TBJ-X3-DJ15 Automatic Film Applicator is a domestic (CN) laboratory multifunctional Coater, model TBJ-X3-DJ15. The device uses imported accessories and is designed to Spreader accurate and uniform wet-film on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, which significantly improves the reproducibility of the film and solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency. Its standard Spreader size is 300 * 400mm and is equipped with a heated drawdown blade.
Features

3. Spreader speed can be adjusted infinitely, the range is 5~ 180mm/s (< 5mm/s can be customized).
4. Blade Coating accuracy is high, up to +/- 0.003mm, Film thickness range 0~ 10mm and drawdown blade can be lifted.
5. Provide bar coating method with accuracy of 0.001mm.
6. The coating table is equipped with Vacuum chuck function, standard size 400 * 300mm (can be customized), stable adsorption.
7. Effectively ensure the uniformity and stability of the Spreader, and greatly improve the film reproducibility.
Principle
Spreader the coating evenly on the substrate surface by precisely controlling the traverse speed of the Coater blade or Spreader rod and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The optional heated drawdown blade can operate at a set temperature to adapt to different coatings. The Vacuum chuck stage ensures that the substrate is flat and fixed during the Spreader process, resulting in accurate film thickness and high conformity wet-film coatings.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and fix it flat on the Vacuum chuck table.
2. According to the required wet film thickness, install and adjust the appropriate drawdown blade or Spreader rod.
3. If heating is required, set the drawdown blade heating temperature to the desired value.
4. Set the running speed of the Coater.
5. Place the paint on the substrate in front of the drawdown blade or bar.
6. Start the device and perform Automatic Spreader.
7. After the Spreader is completed, remove the sample for subsequent processing or testing.
Notice
• The power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz, please ensure that the power supply matches.
• Please read the manual carefully before operation and be familiar with the function keys and parameter settings.
When setting the heating temperature, please pay attention to safety and avoid burns.
• According to different paint properties and Spreader Film thickness requirements, select the appropriate drawdown blade or Spreader rod model and Spreader parameters.
• Keep the equipment clean, especially the coating table and drawdown blade part, so as not to affect the Spreader accuracy.
• Vacuumpump and adsorption holes need to be kept unobstructed to ensure that the substrate is firmly fixed.
The net weight of the equipment is 65KG, so pay attention to safety when moving or installing.
