Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ16 Lab Automatic film applicator is a China automatic film equipment that integrates the functions of bar, drawdown blade, heating and Vacuum chuck. The equipment adopts imported accessories to ensure the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader by controlling the speed and stable pressure of the Spreader. It is suitable for precise Spreader wet-film on different substrates to improve film reproducibility.

Principle
The equipment ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a stable pressure. Vacuum chuck is used to fix the substrate, combined with the heating drawdown blade or bar for accurate Spreader to reduce manual operation differences and improve film reproducibility.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage.
2. Select drawdown blade or bar as needed and set Spreader thickness.
3. Adjust coating speed and pressure parameters.
4. Start the Vacuum chuck system to fix the substrate.
5. If necessary, set the drawdown blade heating temperature.
6. Start the Auto Spreader process.
7. After completion, remove the sample for subsequent processing.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s.
• Vacuum Area and Spreader Area can be customized, please choose according to your needs.
• During operation, pay attention to the drawdown blade heating temperature not exceeding 50 ° C.
• Regularly check the vacuum pump and Spreader components to ensure normal operation.
