Overview
YaKu FS-1.5 is an experimental high speed dissolver, Power 1500W, Dispersing disc diameter 120mm, suitable for stirring and dispersing various samples. The equipment adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and servo brushless motor drive system, which supports continuous and long-term stable operation to meet different experimental needs.
Features
1. Equipped with frequency conversion speed regulation function, it can flexibly adjust the stirring speed and precisely control the stirring effect.
2. Servo brushless motors are characterized by high efficiency, reliability, and low noise, providing stable power and long service life.
3. Using φ 120mm 304 stainless steel dispersion disc, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, easy to clean and maintain.
4. Supports long-term continuous operation, suitable for laboratory or industrial applications that require long-term operation.
5. The dispersion disc can be disassembled and replaced, which is convenient to select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the experimental needs.
Principle
The Disperser drives the dispersion disc swirl/spin by servo brushless motor, and uses frequency conversion speed regulation technology to control the stirring speed to realize the stirring and dispersion process of the sample.
Applications
Laboratory and industrial applications
Steps
1. Select the appropriate dispersion disc according to the experimental requirements and install it.
2. Adjust the height of the dispersion disc from the ground to the desired position.
3. Set the variable frequency speed regulation to the target Rotation speed.
4. Start the equipment for mixing or dispersing operations.
5. Turn off the device and clean the dispersion disc after the experiment.
Notice
• Power supply voltage matching equipment requirements (220V or optional 380V).
• When replacing the dispersion disc, confirm that the installation is firm.
• Pay attention to the adjustment range of the height of the dispersion disc from the ground (minimum 50mm, maximum 480mm) when operating.
• Processing capacity does not exceed 40L to avoid overload operation.
• Regularly clean and maintain dispersion discs to maintain performance.
