Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The device uses Blade Coating, which uses stepless variable speed to control the coating speed, and combines Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate to ensure that the Spreader produces a uniform and consistent wet-film on different substrates, thereby improving the reproducibility and conformity of the film.
