TBJ-X1-DJ6 Floor-Standing drawdown blade Vacuum chuck Film Applicator is a customized Floor-Standing Coater with Vacuum chuck function, effective coating area 600 * 900mm, using green digital differential. Commonly used in laboratory film, suitable for Moulding in Coating, inks, Polymer Materials, Films, Glues, Pressure sensitive adhesives and other industries.

Principle
The Film Applicator uses Blade Coating method, Vacuum chuck fixed substrate, using precision drawdown blade to control the thickness of Spreader, with digital differential to precisely adjust the coating speed and thickness to achieve uniform film.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the coating table
2. Vacuum chuck system fixed substrate
3. Set the required Spreader thickness and rate parameters
4. Start the Spreader program for automatic filming
5. Turn off the device to remove the sample after completing the Spreader

• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz before use
• Spreader thickness setting must not exceed 10mm range
