Principle
The equipment completes the Spreader process through four processes: unwinding, scraping, drying and winding. The substrate enters from the discharge rack, scrapes through the coating roller group, and the thickness of the Spreader is adjusted by the dial meter, and then enters the drying tunnel through the transmission platform. Finally, the traction roller group completes the winding.

Steps
1. Place the substrate on the discharge rack
2. Adjust the glue width and thickness to the required parameters
3. Drag the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller
4. Tighten the rack handwheel to make the traction roller contact
5. Start the device to start the Spreader process
6. Monitor Spreader Thickness and Drying Temperature
