Overview
The irreversible 40-88 ° Thermometric Paper is a self-adhesive thermometric tool for recording the highest temperature reached by a label. The product consists of a series of temperature-sensitive components, sealed between heat-resistant substrates with transparent windows, which irreversibly change Color when the rated temperature is exceeded, providing a temperature history of the monitored surface and can be attached as a reference in inspection reports.
Features
1. Long-term record of reaching the highest temperature
2. Self-adhesive labels
3. Silver to Black Color Variation
4. Immediate Response
5. Resistant to oil, water and steam
Principle
Thermometric Paper's temperature-sensitive components use the precise melting points of specially purified organic chemicals to produce High Accuracy Color Changes. Each temperature point uses a different compound, and the coating is applied to the special absorbent paper substrate. When the rated temperature is exceeded, the chemical melts and is absorbed by the substrate, resulting in irreversible Color Changes.
Applications
Industrial temperature monitoring, equipment maintenance inspections, quality control processes, temperature history
Steps
1. Paste Thermometric Paper on the monitored surface
2. Monitor the temperature change process
3. Observe Color Change Record Maximum Temperature
4. Attach the removal label to the inspection report
Notice
- Products below 50 ° C need to be stored in a sealing bag in the refrigerator
- Products above 50 ° C should be stored at room temperature and Humidity (20 ° C/68 ° F, 50% relative humidity)
- Color change is an irreversible process
- Make sure the surface is clean and drying before use
