Overview
HuiNuo Ceramic Frame Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator made of zirconia ceramics. It is specially designed for Moulding proofing of corrosion materials such as strong acid and alkali. It has excellent Abrasion Resistance and corrosion resistance. This model is frame type, providing four wet film thicknesses of 30μm, 60μm, 90μm and 120μm. The effective application width is 80mm, and the total length of the Applicator is 90mm.

Principle
The Film Applicator is a manual laboratory film tool that uses a gap of a specific thickness to create a uniform wet-film coating on the substrate by placing the Applicator on the substrate and manually scraping. This frame Applicator can be equipped with a Film Applicator for automatic scraping.

Steps
1. Place the Applicator on a flat substrate.
2. Place the material to be Spreader in front of the Applicator.
3. Using a drawdown blade or matching Film Applicator, scrape the Applicator at uniform speed and pressure to form a wet-film of the specified thickness on the substrate.
