HuiNuo Ceramic Frame Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator made of zirconia ceramics, specially designed for Moulding proofing of corrosion materials such as strong acid and alkali. This model is frame type, providing 50μm, 100μm, 150μm, 200μm four wet film thickness options, the effective application width is 80mm, and the total length of the Applicator is 90mm.

Principle
This product is a manual laboratory film applicator that uses its precise gap thickness to form a wet-film coating of a specified thickness on a substrate by placing the Applicator on the substrate and manually scraping. It can be used with the Film Applicator to automatically scrape the film.

Standards
Before leaving the factory, it is tested by imported three coordinates to ensure dimensional accuracy
Steps
1. Applicators with suitable wet film thickness are selected according to requirements.
2. Place the Applicator on a flat substrate surface.
3. Place the material to be coated in front of the Applicator.
4. Using a drawdown blade or matching Film Applicator, scrape the Applicator at a uniform speed to form a wet-film on the substrate.
5. Remove the Applicator and complete the film.
