Overview
SZQ-80 25/50/75/100μm is a 4-sided film applicator made of zirconia ceramics, with an application width of 80mm and a total length of 100mm. It can be prepared with four thicknesses of wet-film: 25μm, 50μm, 75μm and 100μm. The product is a manual laboratory film applicator, and can also be used with Film Applicator to realize automatic Spreader. It has been imported three-coordinate to detect dimensional accuracy before leaving the factory to ensure film accuracy and support customization of different specifications.

Principle
The Ceramic Film Applicator scrapes on the surface of the substrate through an edge of a specific thickness, and uniformly spreads the coating or the sample to be tested to form a wet-film coating of a specified thickness for subsequent testing or research.

Steps
1. According to the required wet film thickness, select the corresponding edge surface of the Applicator.
2. Spreader the material to be placed on a flat substrate.
3. Holding the Applicator or pulling through the Film Applicator at a constant speed allows the selected thickness of the blade to scrape across the surface of the material at a uniform speed.
4. Leave a uniform wet-film of the specified thickness on the substrate.
