SZQ-80 50/100/150/200μm is a 4-sided film applicator made of zirconia ceramics. The film thickness is 50μm, 100μm, 150μm, 200μm, the application width is 80mm, and the total length is 100mm. Principle
This product is a manual laboratory film applicator. It is scraped on the substrate through a ceramic drawdown blade of a specific thickness to form a uniform and accurate thickness wet-film coating. It can also be installed on a film machine to realize automatic Spreader.

Steps
1, according to the required wet film thickness, select the corresponding thickness of the film applicator face.
2. Fix the substrate to be Spreader flat.
3. Place an appropriate amount of paint in front of the film applicator or on the substrate.
4. Push the film applicator at a uniform speed and appropriate pressure to scrape across the surface of the substrate to form a wet-film.
5. Clean up the film applicator and keep it properly.
