SZQ-80 100/150/200/300μm Ceramic Film Applicator is a 4-sided film applicator made of zirconia ceramics. The film thickness is 100μm, 150μm, 200μm, 300μm, the application width is 80mm, and the total length is 100mm. The product is a manual laboratory film applicator, which can also be used with the Film Applicator to realize automatic Spreader. Before leaving the factory, it has been imported three-coordinate to detect the dimensional accuracy to ensure the accuracy of the film, and supports customization of different specifications.

Principle
The Film Applicator scrapes the surface of the substrate through its specific thickness edge to form a uniform thickness and fixed width wet-film coating on the substrate. It can be used as a manual film tool or installed on a film machine for automated Spreader.

Steps
1. According to the required wet film thickness, select the Applicator's cutting edge surface of the corresponding thickness.
2. Place the Applicator on one end of a flat, clean substrate.
3. Keep the Applicator perpendicular to the substrate surface and scrape forward at a uniform speed and appropriate pressure.
4. After the Spreader is completed, lift the Applicator, leaving a wet-film of the desired thickness on the substrate.
