SZQ-130 150/180/210/240μm Film Applicator is a 4-sided film applicator made of zirconia ceramic material, which belongs to the ceramic Film Applicator series of HuiNuo brand. The Applicator film thickness is 150μm, 180μm, 210μm, 240μm, the application width is 160mm, and the total length is 190mm. It is a manual laboratory film applicator, which can also be used with the Film Applicator to realize automatic Spreader. Before leaving the factory, it has been imported three-coordinate to check the dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy, and supports customized services.

Principle
This product is a manual laboratory film applicator. Steps
1. According to the required wet film thickness, select the Applicator's cutting edge surface of the corresponding thickness.
2. Place the Applicator smoothly on a clean substrate surface.

4. Lift the Applicator and complete the film.
