SZQ-160 1200/1400/1600/1800μm Ceramic Film Applicator is a 4-sided film applicator made of zirconia ceramics. The film thickness is 1200μm, 1400μm, 1600μm, 1800μm, the application width is 160mm, and the total length is 190mm. The product is a manual laboratory film applicator, which can also be used with Film Applicator for automatic Spreader. Before leaving the factory, it has been imported three-coordinate to check the dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy and support customization of different specifications.

Principle
The Film Applicator uses its 4-sided drawdown blade structure of a specific thickness to scrape paint or Stock on the surface of the substrate to form a uniform wet-film of a preset thickness. Users can operate it manually or install it on a film machine to realize automatic Spreader.

Steps
