SZQ-80 1200/1400/1600/1800μm Ceramic Film Applicator is a 4-sided film applicator made of zirconia ceramics. The film thickness is 1200μm, 1400μm, 1600μm, 1800μm, the application width is 80mm, and the total length is 100mm. The Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator, and can also be used with the Film Applicator to realize automatic Spreader. Before leaving the factory, it has been imported three-coordinate to detect the dimensional accuracy to ensure film accuracy and support customization of different specifications.

Principle
This product is a manual or automatic film tool that scrapes on the substrate by a ceramic drawdown blade with a specific thickness gap, thereby preparing a wet-film coating of a specified thickness.

Steps
1. According to the required wet film thickness, select the corresponding film surface of the Applicator.
2. Place the Applicator on a flat substrate.
3. Scrape the material to be tested at a uniform speed along the length of the Applicator.
4. Lift the Applicator to obtain a wet-film of the specified thickness.
