SZQ-105 150/200/250/300 Ceramic Film Applicator is a 4-sided film applicator made of zirconia ceramic material. The film thickness is 150μm, 200μm, 250μm, 300μm, the application width is 105mm, and the total length is 125mm. The Applicator is a manual laboratory film applicator, which can also be used with the Film Applicator to realize automatic Spreader. Before leaving the factory, it has been imported three-coordinate to detect the dimensional accuracy to ensure the accuracy of the film, and supports customization of different specifications.

Steps
1. Place the material to be Spreader on a flat substrate.
2. Place the Film Applicator perpendicular to the substrate at one end of the material.
3. Scrape the Applicator smoothly towards the other end at a uniform speed and appropriate pressure.
4. Lift the Applicator, leaving a wet-film of the desired thickness on the substrate.
