Principle
The device adopts bar + Blade Coating mode, which fixes the substrate through Vacuum chuck, and realizes accurate Spreader by using drawdown blade and bar. The automatic feeding system adopts the principle of air source pressure outflow, and realizes feeding by reciprocating linear motion. The amount of material can be adjusted by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port.

Steps
1. Spreader substrate and place on Vacuum chuck table
2. Select the appropriate bar specification according to the requirements to determine the thickness of the Spreader
3. Add Coatings to 3L Mixing Tank
4. Set the heating temperature (up to 180 ° C)
5. Adjust the coating speed (5~ 180mm/s)
6. Set the feeding system parameters (air pressure and running speed)
7. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
8. Turn off the device and clean the workbench after completing the Spreader

• The air source pressure of the feeding system needs to be kept at 0.6Mpa, and it needs to be equipped with a φ 8 trachea
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, and this limit must not be exceeded when using it
• The power supply of the equipment is 220V 50Hz, and the voltage needs to be stable
• The coating table is made of aluminum alloy to avoid scratches on hard objects during use
