Principle
Automatic Film Applicator fixes the substrate through Vacuum chuck, uses bar or drawdown blade for Spreader, Blade Coating accuracy up to +/- 0.003mm, thickness range 0~ 10mm, and supports lift adjustment. The coating speed is stepless variable speed control in the range of 5~ 180mm/s, combined with heating function, Temperature range RT +~ 180 ℃, to ensure uniform and stable Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage.
2. Select the bar or Blade Coating method as required.
3. Set coating speed and thickness parameters.
4. Start the Vacuum chuck function to fix the substrate.
5. If necessary, turn on the heating function and set the temperature.
6. Start the Spreader process and monitor Spreader uniformity.
7. After completion, turn off the device and clean the Spreader tool.
Notice
• Make sure the substrate is flat before Spreader to avoid uneven thickness affecting the effect.
• When using the heating function, pay attention to the Temperature Uniformity control within +/- 3 ° C.
