Overview
TBJ-A3-DJ9 Floor-Standing Automatic Film Applicator is a China drawdown Bar & Blade Vacuum chuck Automatic film applicator equipped with an automatic feeding system and a waste recycling tank. The effective coating area is 850mm * 1000mm, and the standard 3L volume Mixing Tank. This equipment is commonly used in laboratory films, suitable for Moulding in Coatings, inks, polymer materials, films, glues, Pressure sensitive adhesives and other industries.

Principle
The equipment adopts the coating method of bar + drawdown blade + automatic feeding, and the substrate is fixed by Vacuum chuck. The feeding system uses the air source pressure to transport the material from the Mixing Tank to the outside, and adopts the reciprocating linear motion mode to control the amount of material by adjusting the air pressure and the running speed of the discharge port. The Spreader process controls the coating speed through stepless speed change to achieve accurate film.

Steps
1. Connect a 220V 50Hz power supply
2. Connect 0.6Mpa air source (φ 8 trachea)
3. Install coating rod and adjust Spreader thickness
4. Add the material to 3L and Mixing Tank
5. Set the coating speed (5~ 180mm/s)
6. Set the feeding back and forth traverse speed (2~ 150mm/s)
7. Adjust the air pressure and discharge port speed to control the discharge volume
8. Start the Device for Auto Spreader
9. Turn off the device after the Spreader is complete
Notice
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa, and this limit shall not be exceeded
• Customized coating speed below 5mm/s
• The feeding system needs to be equipped with its own φ 8 trachea
• Dimensions are non-standard customization, subject to actual order
• Ensure that the safety valve, pressure regulating valve, pressure gauge and air discharge valve work normally before use
• For applications with uneven thickness of the Spreader substrate, silicone pads and weights are required
• The device needs to be connected to a 220V 50Hz power supply
