Overview
Spreader cutting machine is a special pilot film Applicator for pharmaceutical patches. It integrates Spreader, cutting, drying and unrolling functions. It is suitable for paste, pharmaceutical patch and hydrogel sticker Moulding Spreader. This machine has slitting function and supports UV curing. It is often used in medical, cosmetics, hygiene products and other fields.

Principle
The equipment completes the film process through the process of unwinding → Spreader → Fitting → Drying → Slitting. The unwinding system has tension control to ensure smooth transportation of materials; after Spreader, it enters the drying stage, and finally it is sliced by hob type cross cutting and vertical cutting knife.

Steps
1. Unwinding: Start the unwinding system and control the tension
2. Spreader: Perform Material Spreader Operation
3. Fitting: Fit the Spreader material
4. Drying: enter the drying process
5. Slitting: Complete the slitting through cross-cutting and vertical cutting knives

• Check whether the air lift shaft and tools are complete before operation
• Control the production speed within the range of 0-5m/min
