Principle
The device precisely monitors and regulates the temperature in the tank through an intelligent PID control system and a PT100 temperature transducer. Steps
1. Place the device on a stable table and connect it to a power supply (200~ 230V, AC/50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of bath liquid to the Tank to ensure that the liquid level is higher than the low liquid level buoy.
3. Turn on the power switch and set the required temperature through the control panel (range: room temperature + 5 ° C to 100 ° C).
4. Start the heating and circulation pump, the equipment starts working, and the LED display displays the real-time temperature.
5. After the temperature reaches the set value and stabilizes, relevant experiments or tests can be carried out.
6. After use, turn off the heating and pump, and disconnect the power supply.
7. For external circulation, connect the corresponding pipeline to the M16x1 interface and configure the appropriate connector.
Notice
• Make sure the Ambient Temperature is within the range of 5~ 32 ℃ before use.
• Be sure to keep the liquid level in the Tank sufficient to avoid triggering a low liquid level alarm or causing dry burning.
• When making external circulation connections, make sure that the pipeline connections are firm to prevent leakage.
• When the equipment is running, do not touch the heating parts and high-temperature bath liquid to prevent burns.
When cleaning and maintaining, please disconnect the power supply first.
• Do not use power frequencies that do not meet the regulations.
