Overview
The SXDH-5L dual planetary power mixer is a new type of Mix & disperse equipment launched by the BaTe brand, which integrates the functions of planetary machine and powerful Disperser. It adopts a unique stirring mechanism, the dispersion shaft and the stirring pulp each rotate and rotate in planetary motion, and the speed can be adjusted by frequency, so that the material is subject to strong shearing, kneading and dispersion. The kettle is equipped with automatic wall scraping and bottom scraping devices to achieve efficient mixing without dead points.

Principle
Equipment through the dispersion shaft and stirring slurry for each revolution and rotation of the planetary movement, under the control of frequency control, so that the material in the kettle for complex movement, by strong shearing, kneading and dispersion. At the same time, automatic scraping wall and scraping bottom device will adhere to the wall of the kettle scraping material, to ensure that mixing no dead angle.

Steps
1. Power supply AC: 3 * 380V, 50HZ
2. Lift the kettle cover through the hydraulic system
3. Set revolution speed 0~ 70rpm
4. Set rotation speed 0~ 80rpm
5. Set high-speed dispersion 0~ 1450rpm
6. Start the device for mixing operation
7. Monitor material temperature with a thermometer

• Vacuum Level up to -0.098MPa, pay attention to the vacuum system status when operating
• The lifting height of the kettle cover is 300mm, pay attention to the safe distance during operation
• Lubricating grease needs to use the specified model 7412 semi-flow grease and high-speed bearing special grease
• Device weight is about 800kg, and the foundation needs to be stable during installation
• Pay attention to mechanical sealing and bearing maintenance during operation
