Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure. The bar coating method combines the automatic lame plating function to ensure the effect of gluing. The Vacuum chuck system fixes the substrate, the heating system provides temperature control, and the automatic feeding system drives the reciprocating linear motion through the air source pressure. Adjust the air pressure and the discharge port speed to control the amount of material to ensure the smoothness and accuracy of the Spreader process.
