Overview
JYW-200C automatic table interfacial tension meter is an instrument for the measurement of liquid surface tension. The test methods include platinum ring method and platinum plate method (optional). The instrument uses physical methods instead of chemical methods, and is easy to operate. It can quickly and accurately measure the surface and interfacial tension values of various liquids. It is compatible with Win98/2000/XP Operating system, has a user-friendly Operating interface, supports direct test operation on the computer, and provides saving, reading and printing functions of Chinese and English test reports. It is widely used in the hydropower sector to test the interfacial tension value of electrical oils, the liquid analysis of Petrochemicals scientific research departments, and the teaching and research of universities and research institutes.

Principle
The structure of the instrument is mainly composed of a torque wire, a differential transformer, a platinum ring and a lifting platform. When in use, the platinum ring is immersed in the measured liquid, and the Glass vessel is lowered through the lifting platform. The film between the platinum ring and the measured liquid is elongated. The platinum ring is subjected to a downward force, and the torque wire is twisted through the lever arm. The magnetic core of the differential transformer rises with the decrease of the platinum ring, and the voltage value is induced. The deformation amount of the film is converted into a voltage amount, and the tension value is displayed by computer processing. The film is gradually elongated, and the tension value increases to rupture. Record MAX Maximum as the measured tension value P, multiplied by the Correction factor F to obtain the actual tension value V (V = P • F). Correction factor F depends on the measured tension value P, liquid density, platinum wire radius and platinum ring radius. Computer control enhances anti-interference.

Steps
1. Immerse the platinum ring in a certain position in the tested liquid.
2. The Glass vessel containing the tested liquid is lowered by the lifting platform, and the film between the platinum ring and the tested liquid is stretched.
3. The instrument automatically records the change in tension value until the film breaks, displaying MAX Maximum as the measured tension value P.
4. Correction factor F is automatically calculated by the computer and the actual tension value V (V = P • F) is obtained.
5. Automatic shutdown after the test, allowing you to save, access, or print the test report.
Notice
