JY-82B automatic video contact angle tester adopts double-step motor control titration system, Travel up and down 100mm, control accuracy 0.01mm, realize automatic setting, titration and reset. Equipped with High Accuracy syringe, luer locking head, needle can be detached, with the characteristics of convenient titration and high accuracy. Automatic injection accuracy reaches 0.01ul, the amount of droplets can be set arbitrarily, and the software tests and records the size of droplets in real time.

Principle
The instrument uses the Opencv graphic profile analysis software to automatically test the left corner, right corner and average angle of the droplet in real time by the static droplet method, and provides real-time test Linear dispersion and data list. The dynamic test includes the real-time automatic analysis of the forward angle, backward angle and tilt angle by the turning method, and the measurement of the forward contact angle and the backward contact angle by the volume increase and subtraction method. The interfacial tension value range of the liquid surface can also be measured by the hanging drop method and CMC, and the interfacial tension value range of the liquid surface can be tested from 0.001mN/m to 1000mN/m.

Steps
1. Install the USB interface of the instrument and start the JY-82 video test system of the WINDOWS 64-bit Operating system
2. Set the time to capture the image or select the full video recording
3. Place the sample on the stage and adjust the position three-dimensionally
4. Select the test method: static drop method, dynamic test (turning method or volume increase and decrease method), suspended drop method, etc
5. Set the droplet volume parameters and start the automatic titration system
6. Software real-time analysis of test data, generate test Linear dispersion and Excel list
7. Save images and data for export as WORD documents and BMP images
8. Generate experimental reports for saving, accessing, or printing
