Overview
XRW-300A series thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature tester is mainly used for the thermal deformation and Vicat softening point temperature measurement of Non-metallic materials (such as plastics, rubber, nylon, electrical insulation materials, etc.). It is a common test tool in chemical enterprises, R & D institutions, Universities & colleges and other industries. It is characterized by easy operation.

Principle
The temperature signal sensed by the temperature sensor is input to the amplifier, and the temperature control table is input through analog switch and A/D conversion, and the corresponding heating parameters are given by running the PID program to control the heating time of the heating device, so as to achieve the purpose of temperature control and make the test safe and reliable.
