Overview
Dingsheng XR-14 Latex High Speed Mechanical Stability Tester is a high-performance mixing equipment designed to handle a variety of Latex materials. Equipped with different specifications of mixing plates and Latex containers, the Rotation speed can be adjusted in a wide range, suitable for testing synthetic or natural Latex.
Features
The mixing plate has two specifications: natural Latex with a diameter of 20.83 +/- 0.03mm and a thickness of 1.57 +/- 0.05mm, and synthetic Latex with a diameter of 36.12 +/- 0.03mm and a thickness of 1.58 +/- 0.05mm.
2. Latex container size is accurate: height 100mm, inner diameter 58 +/- 0.25mm, wall thickness 2.5mm, the bottom of the mixing plate is 13 +/- 1mm away from the inner surface of the container.
3. Speed range: 3000rpm to 20000rpm can be set arbitrarily, including 14000rpm.
4. High Stability: The stirring shaft should not swing more than 0.25mm at 14000rpm.
5. Operating voltage 220V +/- 10%, current 5A, Operating temperature 10 to 40 ℃, can handle Latex with pH value 1 to 14.
Principle
Stability of Latex is assessed by the high-speed swirl/spin of a motor-driven stirring plate in a Latex vessel, simulating mechanical shearing. Repeatability and accuracy are ensured by the exact distance of the stirring plate from the inner surface of the vessel and the adjustable Rotation speed.

Steps
1. Select the appropriate mixing pan specification according to the Latex type.
2. Pour the Latex sample into the container, ensuring that the bottom of the mixing pan is 13 +/- 1mm away from the inner surface.
Rotation speed is set within the range of 3000rpm to 20000rpm.
4. Start the equipment for stirring test.
5. Observe and record changes in LaTeX Stability.

• Operating voltage within 220V +/- 10% to avoid overload.
• Operating temperature should be controlled between 10 and 40 ° C.
• Only for synthetic or natural LaTeX with pH values 1 to 14, avoid Miscellaneous media.
• Regularly check the stirring shaft swing to ensure that it does not exceed 0.25mm at 14000rpm.
• Clean the equipment after use to prevent residues from affecting the next test.
