Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ19 Automatic Film Applicator is an intelligent program-controlled small Coater. It adopts imported accessories and is inexpensive. It is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions. It ensures uniform and smooth application of Spreader by controlling speed and stable pressure. The device integrates drawdown Bar & Blade, heating, Vacuum chuck functions. It supports remote computer to set Spreader parameters such as speed, length and temperature. It adopts high flat aluminum alloy baseplate and Touchscreen control. It is equipped with High Accuracy bar. The film thickness range is 0~ 10mm. It is suitable for Moulding proofing of various materials such as Coating, lithium battery, glue, etc.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator combines drawdown Bar & Blade, heating and Vacuum chuck systems to achieve uniform Spreader by controlling Spreader speed and applying steady pressure. The intelligent programmable system allows remote setting of Spreader parameters, ensuring precise control of film thickness and mass.

Steps
1. Set Spreader parameters such as speed, length and temperature through Touchscreen or remote computer; 2. Place the substrate on the coating table to ensure that the Vacuum chuck is fixed; 3. Adjust the drawdown blade height to the desired film thickness; 4. Start the equipment for Spreader operation; 5. Monitor the Spreader process and adjust the parameters if necessary.

* Check the power supply and connection before use to ensure safety; * Pay attention to the Temperature range when setting parameters to avoid overheating; * Keep the substrate flat during the Spreader process to prevent uneven thickness; * Clean the equipment regularly to avoid residues affecting the accuracy; * Optional Accessories such as leakage tanks and fixing fixtures need to be installed correctly; * Customized functions such as jet systems need to be operated by professionals.
