Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ20 Automatic Film Applicator is a customized experimental spraying and coating machine in China. It adopts imported accessories and has a good price. It is favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. It ensures the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader coating through control speed and stable pressure. It has two coating methods of bar and drawdown blade. It integrates heating, lame plating, Vacuum chuck, automatic feeding functions, and has an effective coating area of 500 * 600mm. It is suitable for film, release paper, aluminum foil copper foil and other substrates.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves uniform Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and applying a steady pressure. Bar and drawdown blade are used in two ways. Bar is used for accurate Spreader, and the drawdown blade can be lifted and lowered to adjust the thickness. The Vacuum chuck system fixes the substrate, and the heating system maintains temperature stability. The automatic feeding system uses the air source pressure to push the material, and feeds by reciprocating linear motion. The discharge amount is controlled by adjusting the air pressure and the discharge port speed.
Applications

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate, such as film or release paper, and place it on the coating table.
2. Select the bar or Blade Coating method as required, and set the Spreader parameters such as speed and thickness.
3. Start the Vacuum chuck system to fix the substrate.
4. If heating is required, set the Temperature range and start the heating function.
5. Configure the automatic feeding system, connect the air source and adjust the air pressure and discharge volume.
6. Start the Spreader process and monitor uniformity and smoothness.
7. After the Spreader is complete, turn off the device and clean up the Spreader area.
Notice
• Before use, ensure that the air source pressure does not exceed 0.6Mpa, and self-equip the φ 8 trachea.
• The maximum pressure of the Mixing Tank is 8Mpa to avoid overpressure operation.
• When the thickness of the Spreader substrate is uneven, the silicone pad and weight can be adjusted.
• Pay attention to Temperature Uniformity when heating to avoid local overheating affecting Spreader mass.
• Check the Vacuum chuck system regularly to ensure that the hole spacing and aperture are normal.
• When operating the charging system, follow the instructions for use of the safety valve and discharge valve.
• Optional Accessories such as leakage tanks and fixtures need to be properly installed to prevent accidents.
