Touch Lab TBJ-A1 bar Lab Film Applicator is China Automatic Film Applicator, model TBJ-A1-DJ8. The product is driven by a servo motor to realize High Accuracy film. The Spreader speed range is 1~ 500mm/s, and precise wet-film can be Spreader on different substrates. Suitable for Moulding proofing of thin films, polymer materials, Coating inks, Stock, silicone, etc.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator performs Spreader through the servo motor drive bar to realize stepless variable speed control. It can move at a precise speed on the Glass plate Spreader stage and Spreader out uniform wet-film on different substrates. Spreader displacement is displayed through the digital display system to ensure film accuracy.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Optional accessories such as leakage tank or base fixture are installed as required
3. Set Spreader speed and parameters
4. Start the device for Spreader operation
5. Clean the equipment after completion
