Overview
The TLHX-030F low temperature thermostatic circulator is a device that provides users with a temperature-controlled, uniform and constant field source. It is suitable for constant temperature experiments or tests on experimental samples or products, and can also be used as a heat source for direct or auxiliary heating.

Principle
The device adjusts the temperature of the medium in the Tank through the built-in heating and cooling system, and circulates the medium between the internal and external loads of the device through the circulating pump, thus providing a uniform and constant temperature environment.

Steps
Connect the power supply (220V 50Hz).
2. Add an appropriate amount of medium to the Tank.
3. Set the target temperature through the device panel.
4. Turn on the device and start the heating or cooling function.
5. Flow rate of circulating pump is adjusted by manual valve (0~ 15L/min).
6. Connect the equipment inlet and outlet (G1/2) to the external load and start the cycle.
Notice
• Power supply voltage 220V 50Hz and match Device power requirements.
The operating current of the equipment is 15A, and a power line that meets the specifications is required.
• Please confirm the Tank volume (30L) before use, and do not add too much medium.
• When adjusting the Flow rate of the circulating pump, please operate the dual manual valve slowly.
• Note that the head of the pump is 10m to ensure that the resistance of the external circulation pipeline is within this range.
• Equipment temperature control accuracy is +/- 0.1 ℃, Temperature resolution is 0.01 ℃, suitable for High Accuracy Temperature Control occasions.
• Heating power is 3.0KW, cooling capacity is 1.5KW@20 ℃, please select the use mode according to the actual working conditions.
