Overview
The YN-DLD100S Basis Weight Sampler is a round Basis Weight Sampler designed for Grammage detection of paper, Cardboard, Copper, Aluminum and other thin sheet materials. It uses stamping sampling to quickly and accurately cut 100cm ² of standard samples, ensuring accurate data for every weighing from the first time, suitable for paper laboratories and Quality control departments.
Features
1. Using stamping sampling method, accurate and convenient, the limit cutting Film thickness range is 0.01~ 2mm.
2. Using SKD11 quenching tool, knife edge abrasion resistance, wide range of applications.
3. Using stainless steel bearings, easy to operate; extended platform design to prevent knife warping, easy to use and fast.
4. Easy to assemble, small sampling error (+/- 0.05mm), test deviation negligible.
5. Imported special treatment die blade, hardened and outer grinding to ensure sharp, specially for high fiber paper, copper foil, aluminum foil, special and fiber materials, non-artificial damage can be used normally for 10 years without replacing the blade.
Principle
A standard sample of 100 cm ² was cut using the Basis Weight Sampler, then the sample was weighed on the Balance, and finally the product's Grammage (expressed in grams per square meter) was calculated.

Steps
Use a Basis Weight Sampler to cut a 100 cm ² standard sample.
2. Place the cut sample on the Balance for weighing.
3. Calculate according to the weighing result to obtain the product's Grammage (g/m ²).
Notice
Proper sample preparation and careful data processing are essential.
* Film thickness of 0.01~ 1.5mm material (such as copper foil, aluminum foil, paper, Cardboard, etc.).
No need to replace the blade for non-special high-strength materials or man-made damage.
* It is recommended to work in an environment with temperature (20 +/- 10) ° C and humidity < 85%.
