The uniformity and smoothness of Spreader glue coating are guaranteed by controlling speed and stable pressure, which solves the problem of inconsistent artificial film and improves film reproducibility. The equipment is an integrated automatic film applicator with Vacuum chuck, heating, bar and drawdown blade. It adopts 316 stainless steel detachable drawdown blade and has heating function. It is suitable for experimental Spreaders that need to be heated and dried.

Principle
Spreader precision wet-film on different substrates is achieved by the Automatic Film Applicator by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the steady pressure applied to the film applicator. The Vacuum chuck system fixates the substrate, the heating function assists the Spreader process, and the combination of bar and drawdown blade ensures the thickness and uniformity of the Spreader, thereby improving the conformity and reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Vacuum chuck table; 2. Install the bar or drawdown blade as needed; 3. Set the coating speed and pressure parameters; 4. Start the equipment for Spreader; 5. Use the heating function for drying (if necessary); 6. Remove the drawdown blade for cleaning after completion.
