Principle
The device sends the substrate into the coating roller group for scraping through the discharge rack, and the thickness of the Spreader is controlled by adjusting the dial table. The substrate after the Spreader is smoothly transferred to the drying tunnel through the transmission platform for drying, and finally the winding is completed through the traction roller group. The deviation correction device automatically adjusts the position of the material rack during the lamination process to ensure the alignment of the material.

Steps
1. Place the substrate on the discharge rack
2. Adjust the glue width device to the desired width
3. Set the Spreader thickness through the thickness adjustment dial
4. Drag the substrate between the upper and lower rollers of the traction roller
5. Tighten the rack handwheel to make the traction roller contact the substrate
6. Start the device for Spreader operation
7. Monitor the drying temperature to ensure the drying effect
