Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate wet-film Spreader on different substrates by precisely controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the film applicator. Its Working Principle is based on mechanical automation replacing manual operation to eliminate the problem of coating inconsistencies caused by human factors and ensure the uniformity and reproducibility of the Spreader process.

Steps
1. Prepare the Spreader substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Set Spreader speed and thickness parameters according to requirements
3. Start Vacuum chuck fixed substrate
4. Automatic Spreader Operation
5. For curing, start the UV light curing system
6. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader
