TBJ-B2-DJ9 Automatic Film Applicator is a bar + detachable drawdown blade Automatic Film Applicator. Spreader head height design, scraping substrate thickness up to 4mm, film accuracy up to 1μm, Coating size of 300 * 400mm, using Touchscreen operation. The device solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency by automatically controlling the speed and pressure of the Spreader, and significantly improves the reproducibility of the film. It is suitable for accurate wet-film Spreaders on different substrates.

Principle
Automatic Film Applicator achieves accurate wet-film Spreader by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the pressure applied to the film applicator. Using the bar and removable drawdown blade as the Spreader tool, the substrate is evenly coated on the Spreader stage to ensure film conformity and reproducibility.

Steps
1. Spreader substrate prepared and fixed on the Spreader table
2. Select the Spreader tool (bar or drawdown blade) and install
3. Set Spreader parameters such as Speed, Travel, and Thickness through Touchscreen
4. Start the device for automatic filming
5. After finishing the Spreader, remove and clean the Spreader tool

• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz before use to avoid voltage mismatch
• Spreader pay attention to the substrate fixed firmly to prevent sliding
