Overview
XR-D500-1 Laboratory homogenization Mulser is a device specially designed by MUXUAN brand for laboratory micro-experiments. It narrows the particle size of liquid-liquid and solid-liquid materials through mechanical external force, realizes the uniform distribution of one phase to another or more phases, and achieves the effect of refining homogenization and dispersion emulsification, thereby forming a stable dispersion system. The equipment is suitable for the dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, crushing, coalescence, suspension and dissolving of materials with micro and medium viscosity.
Features

Principle
When the equipment is working, the strong motor drives the rotor to swirl/spin at high speed, forming a vacuum between the rotor and the stator, and the material is sucked from the upper and bottom of the rotor and the stator. The high linear speed generated by the rotor causes the material to fly out after strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shearing between the rotor and the stator gap, generating strong turbulence under the action of a variety of different directional forces. The material is depolymerized, dispersed, homogenized, refined and shearing in an appropriate amount of emulsifying agent and mature process, and finally forms a stable emulsion.
Applications
Dispersion, emulsification and homogenization of materials in the biological, food, Coating, inks, Spinning & weaving aids, cosmetics, lubricating oils, pesticides and other industries. It is suitable for the process of mixing solids and liquids, liquids and liquids to form solutions, colloids, suspensions or emulsions, such as juices, soups, dairy products, tissue homogenizers, cosmetics, surfactants, asphalt, emulsifying agents, oilfield chemicals and more than a thousand materials.
Notice
The viscosity of the material should be ≤ 5000 cps (mPas), and the maximum processing viscosity can reach 10000 mPa.s.
• The maximum immersion liquid height is 60mm.
• Standard Processing capacity is 100~ 4000 ml, which can be specially equipped with 1000ml closed glass bottle (optional).
• Permissible Ambient Temperature not more than 40 ℃.
• Allowable relative humidity is not more than 80%.
• When using, choose the appropriate stator working head or stirring dispersion head according to the process requirements.
