Overview
TBJ-X3-DJ11A Automatic Film Applicator adopts imported accessories, which are cheap and favored by multinational R & D institutions, universities and scientific research institutions at home and abroad. By controlling the speed and stable pressure, the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader's gluing are guaranteed, which solves the problem of artificial film inconsistency and improves film reproducibility. The model adopts a detachable drawdown blade design, which is convenient for cleaning and replacement. The drawdown blade with a bracket ensures that the Spreader runs stably and films more evenly.

Principle
The Automatic Film Applicator ensures the uniformity and smoothness of the Spreader coating by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the film applicator. The use of Vacuum chuck to fix the substrate, combined with removable drawdown blade or bar for Spreader, achieves accurate wet-film Spreader, which greatly improves the reproducibility of the film.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage.
2. Vacuum chuck fixed substrate.
3. Select drawdown blade or bar and adjust Spreader thickness and speed as needed.
4. Set the heating temperature (if required).
5. Start the Spreader program to automatically complete the filming process.
6. After the Spreader is completed, remove the drawdown blade for cleaning and maintenance.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply of the device is 220V 50Hz before use.
• The coating speed and thickness need to be adjusted according to the actual application to avoid exceeding the range.
• Regular cleaning and replacement of drawdown blades to maintain Spreader accuracy.
• Temperature Uniformity when heating to prevent local overheating.
• Vacuum chuck system needs to check the aperture and hole spacing to ensure that the substrate is firmly fixed.
• Customized functions such as automatic lame plating, UV curing, etc. need to be operated according to the instructions.
