Overview
The AR924M Underground Metal Detector is a professional detection equipment of the SMART SENSOR brand. It uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to generate a rapidly changing magnetic field through the coil, which induces eddy currents inside the metal object and triggers the detector to sound. The product uses LCD display and audio prompt, which is specially used to detect buried metal objects. It can determine the position, size and type of metal objects by processing induction signals.

Principle
The AR924M underground metal detector works based on the principle of electromagnetic induction. The detection coil emits electromagnetic signals. When the signal encounters an underground metal object, eddy currents are induced inside the metal. The magnetic field generated by eddy currents in turn affects the original magnetic field. The Control Unit processes these induced signals and prompts the user about the metal object through LCD display and sound.

Steps
1. Turn on the power of the device and check the battery power.
2. Adjust Sensitivity settings as needed.
3. Select the detection mode (equilibrate or recognition mode).
4. Slowly move the detection coil close to the ground for scanning.
5. Observe the LCD display or listen to audio prompts to identify metal objects.
6. After finding the target, locate it accurately and record the location.
