TBJ-X3-DJ23 Automatic Film Applicator is a customized experimental small Coater with automatic feeding system, with heating and Vacuum chuck functions, Coating size 300 * 600mm, support bar and drawdown blade coating methods, standard High Accuracy Mayer Rods. The equipment uses imported accessories to ensure Spreader uniformity and smoothness through control speed and stable pressure, improving film reproducibility.

Principle
The Spreader effect is ensured by controlling the speed of the Spreader and the stable pressure applied to the film applicator. The substrate is fixed by Vacuum chuck, and the automatic feeding system realizes the outflow feeding through the air source pressure. The reciprocating linear motion mode is used for accurate feeding.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it on the Spreader stage
2. Vacuum chuck fixed substrate
3. Set Spreader parameters (speed, pressure, etc.)
4. Start the automatic feeding system
5. Select coating method (bar or drawdown blade)
6. Start the Spreader Process
7. Remove the sample after completing the Spreader

• Make sure the power supply of the device is connected correctly before use
• Pay attention to the air pressure adjustment range of the feeding system during operation
• Regularly check the working status of the Vacuum chuck system
• Select appropriate Spreader parameters based on substrate thickness
• Pay attention to the temperature control range when heating
• Mixing Tank Pressure shall not exceed the maximum value of 8Mpa
