Overview
TBJ-B3-UV1 Automatic Film Applicator is a small Lab Film Applicator with heating function and UV curing function. It adopts imported accessories and is inexpensive. By controlling the speed and stable pressure to ensure the gluing effect of Spreader, ensure the uniformity and smoothness of Spreader gluing. It is suitable for Moulding proofing such as UV Gloss oil and UV glue.

Principle
By controlling the speed of Spreader and applying a stable pressure, the drawdown blade is used for Spreader, and the UV curing function is combined to cure the Spreader material to ensure that the Spreader is uniform and stable.

Steps
1. Set Spreader parameters (e.g. Speed, Travel) through Touchscreen.
2. Fix the substrate to the coating table.
3. Start the Spreader process.
4. Enable heating or UV curing as required.
Notice
• Make sure the power supply is 220V 50Hz before use.
• Spreader thickness can be adjusted within 0~ 10mm.
• The heating temperature does not exceed 180 ° C.
• Optional Accessories such as leakage tanks, substrate fixtures, etc. to optimize operation.
