The CY-USP130-A Ultrasonic Pyrolysis Lame Plating Machine is an ultrasonic spray pyrolysis device that uses the spray pyrolysis Moulding method to atomize the solution and spray it onto the heating base to obtain the desired material structure on the substrate. Equipped with a 40KHz 130W ultrasonic Nebulizer, PID temperature-controlled heating substrate, High Accuracy peristaltic pump and a precision programmable stepper motor moving mechanism, the equipment can precisely control the liquid output of the solution, the speed and size of the spray particle ejection, and the substrate temperature to meet various test needs. This method is particularly suitable for depositing oxides and has a long history in the preparation of transparent Electrode applications.

Principle
The ultrasonic pyrolysis lame plating machine is based on the spray pyrolysis Moulding method. The solution is atomized into fine mist particles by the ultrasonic Nebulizer, and then sprayed on the heating substrate. Under the heating condition of the substrate, the fog particles undergo pyrolysis reaction to form the required material structure. The device controls the solution supply through a peristaltic pump, the stepping motor moves the mechanism to realize the precise lame plating path, and the PID temperature control system maintains the temperature stability of the substrate to ensure the controllable deposition process.

Steps
1. Prepare the solution and load it into a drip coating tank.
2. Set the peristaltic pump separation rate and ultrasonic Nebulizer parameters.
3. Adjust the heating substrate temperature to the desired value.
4. Set the nozzle movement path and speed through the industrial control computer or instrument panel.
5. Start the device for the lame plating process.
6. Monitor the lame plating process to ensure stable parameters.
7. After finishing lame plating, turn off the device and clean the system.

• When operating, pay attention to the maximum Power limit of 3.5KW to prevent overload.
