Overview
The CY-SP-04-HT High-throughput Ultrasonic Pyrolysis lame plating machine is a device for depositing thin films by heating surface lame plating solutions. It is suitable for forming compound thin films on substrates. It is particularly suitable for the preparation of oxide deposition, perovskite thin films and battery electrode. The system can carry three solutions, programmed to coat different compositions with a diameter of up to 18mm. The substrate has up to 36 positions. The coating chamber can be vacuumed and supports spray cracking in a controlled atmosphere. It is a smart device for rapidly exploring new generation materials.

Principle
The device deposits a thin film by lame plating a solution on a heating surface, where the components react to form compounds. The spray pyrolysis process involves atomization of the solution and spraying it onto a substrate to form a uniform film by pyrolysis under a controlled atmosphere.

Steps
1. Prepare the solution and load it into a syringe pump.
2. Set programming parameters, including coating diameter and composition.
3. Place the substrate at the designated location.
4. Start the system to control the line speed and pressure of the syringe pump.
5. Carry out the spray pyrolysis coating process.
6. After completion, use the cleaning pump for equipment cleaning.
Notice
• Ensure that the input voltage is in the range of 208-240V, Frequency 50/60Hz.
• When using an ultrasonic nozzle, the solution viscosity should be less than 30 cps.
• Pay attention to the accuracy of the syringe pump when operating, and the accuracy is ≤ +/- 0.5% when it is greater than 30% full scale.
• Device weight is about 1000 kg, make sure to place firmly.
• The coating chamber can be evacuated, and the controlled atmosphere requirements must be followed during operation.
