Principle
The spin Coater uses a high-speed swirl/spin motor to drive the substrate, using centrifugal force to uniformly coat the liquid or colloidal material on the substrate to form a film. The instrument can control the Rotation speed, Acceleration and time parameters to achieve a precise film coating process.
Applications
Photoresist spin coating, bio-foster base fabrication, sol-gel method of polymer film fabrication
Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and coating materials
2. Place the substrate in the spinning Coater cavity
3. Manually drop glue or use a precision syringe pump to drop glue
4. Set homogenizing parameters or select pre-stored homogenizing Linear dispersion
5. Start the homogenizing process
6. Wait for the homogenization to complete and remove the substrate.

• Only suitable for substrates with a diameter of ≤ 4 inches (100mm)
• Power supply voltage AC220V, 50Hz
• Pay attention to safety during operation and avoid contact with high-speed swirling/spinning parts
• Regularly clean the cavity to maintain equipment hygiene
• Vacuum pump requires AC220V 50/60Hz power supply
