Principle
The spin Coater drives the substrate at high speed swirl/spin through a precision motor, and uniformly coats the liquid or colloidal material on the surface of the substrate under the action of centrifugal force to form a film. The instrument can preset the Linear dispersion to control the Rotation speed and Acceleration to ensure the uniformity of film formation, and assist in fixing the substrate through a vacuum system.

Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and coating materials
2. Place the substrate in the spinning Coater cavity
3. Preset or select Linear dispersion via touch screen
4. Manually drop glue or use a syringe pump to add materials
5. Start the device, the motor press the setting Linear dispersion swirl/spin
6. Remove the substrate after completing the homogenization
