Overview
CY-SPC8-F heating type spin Coater adopts miniaturized design, the whole is aluminum alloy structure with PTFE cavity, Appearance is beautiful and sturdy. The instrument is equipped with advanced precision motor, the highest Rotation speed is 10,000 rpm, to ensure the uniformity of film formation, and adopts touch screen control, which can preset Linear dispersion, simplify the operation process, and is suitable for laboratory use.
Features
1. Miniaturized aluminum alloy structure, PTFE cavity, beautiful and sturdy
2. Precision motor supports up to 10,000 rpm Rotation speed to ensure uniform film formation
3.7 inch high definition LCD touch screen control, easy to operate
4. Linear dispersion can be preset and stored, each Linear dispersion 5 segments, a total of 5 storage
5. Support heating function, Temperature range RT +~ 200 ℃, upper cover heating
6. Applicable substrate diameter ≤ 8 inches (200mm)
7. Equipped with dry mechanical pump, pumping rate 50L/min
8. Optional precision injection pump for glue drop
Principle
The spin Coater drives the substrate swirl/spin through a precision motor, and uses centrifugal force to uniformly coat the liquid or colloidal material on the surface of the substrate during the high-speed swirl/spin process to form a film. The instrument supports preset homogeneous Linear dispersion, and controls the Rotation speed, Acceleration and time parameters through the touch screen to achieve precise thin film prepative process.
Applications
Photoresist spin coating, bio-foster base fabrication, sol-gel method of polymer film fabrication
Steps
1. Prepare the substrate and place it in the spinning Coater cavity
2. Emulsion by manual or optional syringe pump
3. Select or set the Linear dispersion parameter on the touch screen
4. Start the device, the motor according to the preset Linear dispersion swirl/spin coating
5. Remove the substrate after completing the homogenization
Notice
• Power supply voltage AC220V 50/60Hz
• Substrate diameter must not exceed 8 inches (200mm)
• Pay attention to the heating Temperature range RT +~ 200 ℃
• Regularly check the working status of the vacuum pump and pumping system
• Keep the cavity clean to avoid material residue affecting the film formation mass
